The plastisol must be initialy heated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 

Safety

Spilling or splashing hot plastisol can cause serious burns.

Wear safety goggles and respiratory coverage when heating plastisol.

Wear gloves, closed toe shoes, a long sleeve shirt and pants to protect against burns and splatters.

Always heat the plastisol in well ventilated areas.

Never let other liquids or objects come into contact with hot plastisol.

If the plastisol accidentally burns please evacuate the area until all the smoke and fumes have dissipated.
